The location of this hotel was perfect for our family. It was very close to the main gondola, allowing us to easily access the slopes. We also loved that it was within walking distance of the slopes, making it convenient for our family with small kids. the hotel was close to the main church nor the city square, giving us plenty of options for exploring the area. Another great advantage was the access to the fitness facilities, which allowed us to ride a stationary bike or use a treadmill or elliptical bike before hitting the slopes.
There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved upon. The bathroom in our room could use a small refreshment in the shower area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were beautifully updated and some even had a view of the majestic peak. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, and the spa was lovely and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the main gondola. The breakfasts each morning were delicious, especially the eggs and bacon. The hotel really went above and beyond to provide enhanced comfort and quality services. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall sunny atmosphere.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

What a gem of a hotel! I was like a VIP. The hotel didn't have a wheelchair, but within half an hour of my request, they had sourced one for my elderly mother. The staff were pretty good with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The hotel may be a bit out of town, but the quiet location and fine views of the Matterhorn were well worth it. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the warm and cute atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good hospitality and charm.

Excellent service, from pick-up to drop-off. Great breakfast with essential coffee. Convenient location near amenities. Upgraded room with beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely balcony with partial view. Comfortable junior suite. Clean facilities. Variety of food at breakfast. Quiet spot on edge of town. Enjoyed glass of Williams on balcony.
